- OtherComponentTask — Represents the details of a component task performed in a visit. A component task allows customers to launch components from the task framework.
- Shift — Represents a shift for service resource scheduling.
- ShiftTemplate — Represents a template for creating shifts.
- Task — Represents a business activity such as making a phone call or other to-do items. In the user interface, Task and Event records are collectively referred to as activities.
