Objects

  • AccountTeamMember — Represents a User who is a member of an Account team.
  • ContactSuggestionInsight — Represents a suggestion for a new contact record.
  • EmailInsight — Represents an insight generated from an email interaction. EmailInsights acts as a central place to store various types of insights related to email messages. The insights stored include status, type, and time of generation. Only certain types of insights can be created based on a pre-configured list of insight types.
  • EmailInsightAction — Represents the actions that have been taken, or could be taken, in relation to email insights. It logs different types of actions and associated metadata, helping to track and manage the activities and decisions made based on email insights.
  • SalesWorkQueueSettings — Represents settings used to customize work queue options for third-party scoring. Third-party scoring enables custom number fields on person accounts, contacts, and leads. You must be a Sales Engagement customer to update this object. Previously, you could only use the Einstein Intelligence Score for third-party scoring.
