Prepaid credits for answer evidence records.

The monthly free allowance is used first. Prepaid credits remain available after purchase and are debited only after the free allowance is exhausted. Security review, dedicated retention, proof-worker capacity, bulk export, and any SLA require separate enterprise scoping and contract.

Plan scope
  • Standard retention follows the workspace setting; a new workspace defaults to 180 days and can be configured from 1 to 3,650 days.
  • Base integrity-proof generation is included: each answer-audit record receives a trust-ledger leaf and a proof endpoint. Proof-export artifacts and heavy or asynchronous proof-worker compute are outside the log meter.
  • Evidence-reference metadata is included. Original audio, video, and file bytes are not included in log storage.
  • CSV and JSONL audit exports of up to 200 matching records per request do not debit log credits. Bulk export and proof-package delivery require separate scope.
  • Correction, void, and redaction history stays with the audit record without another log-storage debit.
  • The configured monthly allowance resets at the UTC month boundary. Each newly stored answer-audit record uses one free slot first, then one paid log credit.
Governance boundary

The browser redirect is not used to grant credits. Workspace entitlement and credit ledger updates stay behind the signed webhook path.

Cost model

Monthly free records are counted separately and used before paid credits. Self-serve packs contain 100,000, 500,000, 1,000,000, or 5,000,000 records. Purchased credits carry over until they are used. Original media storage, proof-export artifacts, heavy proof workers, bulk downloads or exports, and dedicated retention terms are outside the record meter.

After purchase

The receipt returns to rawctx. When the webhook secret is configured, the server records the signed purchase event without logging buyer PII.
