That usually means the query is too narrow, the filters conflict with each other, or the current package set is still sparse in this area.
- Try a broader business concept or source system name.
- Clear advanced filters before narrowing again.
- Switch between published and candidate packages if you are checking ownership path instead of direct snapshot availability.
Published packages can be snapshot-downloaded from rawctx. Candidate packages stay in review and route back upstream until a maintainer republishes them.
